Zero Waste Production
We work to reduce the waste we generate and make better use of every resource during the production process.
Through more conscious production, we give materials a second life whenever possible and promote their reuse and recycling. Small decisions that help us reduce our impact and move toward a more environmentally responsible way of producing.
Because when we care for today’s resources, we are also caring for tomorrow.
We manage up to 92% of the waste generated.
Following the 3 R rule: (reusable, repurposed, and recycled), which represents even 10% more than what the certifying company requires. Annually, the waste managed by Muñecas Antonio Juan is:

Organic Fabrics
As doll manufacturers, we are committed to healthy and safe play for the little ones. Under this philosophy, we have incorporated organic fabrics in the making of our dolls’ clothing, being the first company in the sector to embrace ecological fabrics.
Since 2018, we have designed an entire collection of clothing and accessories based on the principles of respect for the environment and the health of the little ones.
By using organic cotton, we guarantee the use of natural pesticides and ensure that no chemical treatments are used in its transformation, obtaining a healthier fabric that is undoubtedly the safest option for a product intended for children.

Under the Organic Cotton brand, we certify that our dolls’ clothing has been made with organic cotton from ecological crops, free of pesticides, hand-picked, and processed without chemical treatments.

At Muñecas Antonio, we made a commitment to our territory, to generate wealth in our area and not relocate production to distant countries with less favorable working conditions. Since our origins, we have maintained all our production activity in the municipality of Onil, the cradle of the doll industry since the 19th century, and from which our company was born.
For more than 60 years, we have supported the local development of families and small businesses in the municipality and the region. As members of the Circle of Doll Manufacturers of Onil, all our dolls have the added value granted by the Origin seal, synonymous with the quality, exclusivity, and authenticity that characterize dolls created 100% in Onil.
