A doll’s head falling off, while it may seem like a serious injury, is very easy to fix. Unfortunately, we cannot accompany the patient during the intervention, but we assure you that if you follow the instructions below, your doll will be ready to play again without the need for rehabilitation.
Occasionally, a leg or arm may come off during play, but you don’t have to worry; reattaching them is very simple. The doctors at La Peque Clínica have prepared easy-to-follow instructions so your doll will be ready to play again…
Our dolls are characterized by their realistic appearance, and therefore, the materials used can be delicate. Furthermore, Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC requires us to use soft adhesives with a lower presence of chemical components, in order to protect children’s health. Occasionally, over time or due to direct handling, eyelashes may fall off.
At La Peque Clínica, we love to care for both our dolls and the families who welcome them, which is why, if you fill out the following form, we will send you new eyelashes completely free of charge in the coming days. Eyelash placement is very simple, and you will also receive detailed and easy-to-follow instructions.
While this service is completely free for you, we inform you that the shipping cost for the new eyelashes is €1.50; from Muñecas Antonio Juan, we would greatly appreciate it if this amount were donated to an NGO of your trust. It is not mandatory, but it would be a very kind gesture.
