Health and Safety Policy

The Prevention Policy of Muñecas Antonio Juan aims to promote improved working conditions, in order to raise the levels of safety, health and wellbeing of all members of the organisation.

Responsibility for managing the prevention of occupational risks lies with the entire company, and it must undertake the commitment to incorporate preventive management into its day-to-day activities. Continuous improvement in preventive action can only be achieved through the information, consultation and participation of all staff.

Fundamental principles

The fundamental principles of the preventive policy of Muñecas Antonio Juan are:

  • Improving working conditions, wellbeing and the working and professional environment, as well as reducing accident rates.
  • Develop, implement and maintain a prevention management model aimed at the continuous improvement of working conditions.
  • Promoting a preventive culture within the organisation.
  • Optimising and rationalising the organisation, as well as its involvement in preventive activity.
  • Integrating prevention at all hierarchical levels of the company.
  • Guaranteeing participation and information and making workers’ right to consultation effective.
  • Developing the training activities necessary for the development of the preventive policy.
  • Integrating our suppliers, dealers and subcontractors into the active commitment to improving working conditions.
  • Providing the company with the necessary resources to develop the preventive policy.
  • Disseminating this policy among all members of the company.

This policy is documented and implemented, and is reviewed periodically to ensure its suitability, and amended where necessary. It is communicated to workers and interested parties, and provides the framework for establishing and reviewing health and safety objectives.

Due to the special circumstances of COVID-19, special preventive measures have been established to protect the health of all workers, with measures recommended by the External Prevention Service available to Muñecas Antonio Juan, SL and by the Ministry of Health.

Conditions: Service available only for shipments to Mainland Spain. We do not ship to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. Price: €5 (VAT included). The price includes the bib, personalized embroidery, and shipping costs.
